Terms and Conditions – pk1945 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the pk1945 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and any related services offered through the website. pk1945 is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes, accessible to eligible players in Pakistan.

By accessing pk1945 and creating an account, you enter into a binding agreement with the platform operator. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules or conditions attached to individual promotions, games, or betting markets on pk1945. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and any specific promotion or game terms, the specific terms will apply to the matter they address, and these general Terms will apply to everything else.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk1945 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk1945 does not permit use by anyone under 18 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations by corporations, partnerships, or automated systems are not permitted.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from pk1945.

pk1945 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player cannot verify they are 18 or above, their account will be suspended and any funds held pending resolution. If it is established that a player under 18 has been using the platform, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited amount will be returned to the payment source minus any transactions that cannot be reversed.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on pk1945. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. If pk1945 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings from duplicate accounts may be cancelled at pk1945's discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must keep this information current. pk1945 is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect registration details provided by you.

Account registration is for personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, access your account credentials, or place bets on your behalf. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

pk1945 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time. Verification may include requesting a copy of a valid national identity document, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended or closed. Balances in suspended accounts are held pending verification outcome.

To close your account, contact pk1945 customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing, subject to any applicable withdrawal requirements being met.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on pk1945 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not hold funds in any other currency and does not perform currency conversions. The following deposit and withdrawal methods are supported:

• Raast — deposit and withdrawal
• Bank Transfer — standard processing times apply

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. pk1945 will not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, pk1945 reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Withdrawal requests are subject to the same identity verification requirements as account registration. pk1945 targets processing withdrawals within standard timeframes, but bank and payment provider processing times are outside of pk1945's control.

pk1945 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. Players are responsible for any fees levied by their bank or mobile wallet provider.

Funds deposited on pk1945 may only be used for gaming on the platform. Depositing funds without the intention to use them for gaming, or depositing and immediately withdrawing without gaming activity, is not permitted and may result in account review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus conditions apply across all pk1945 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your account balance following the conditions of the relevant offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry window — if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• Each offer may be claimed only once per eligible player unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of pk1945 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 international fixtures, and bilateral series), football, esports, and other available markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pk1945:

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly available and activated before settlement.
• pk1945 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of an odds error, market error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was placed for markets that are not live-updating, or at the official result for live markets.
• PSL and international cricket settlements follow the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable, or voided if no official result is declared.
• Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being declared, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Accumulator and parlay bets are available where the interface permits. Each leg of an accumulator is governed by the same individual match rules. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.
• pk1945 sets maximum bet limits per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing your bet. Bets exceeding these limits may be partially accepted or declined.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any system designed to exploit pricing errors is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for digital games, and by physical game mechanics for live dealer games. pk1945 does not control individual game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk1945. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and may result in permanent closure:

• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or verification.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits on pk1945.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform's deposit and withdrawal system.

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or display errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.

pk1945 makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and functional at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.

12. Changes to Terms

pk1945 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — pk1945 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with a material change, you should withdraw any remaining balance and close your account before the change takes effect.
